Do you ever go to the gym and feel like you don't exactly know what you're doing? Honestly, you are NOT alone! For a long time I felt like my gym routine was not very exciting and wasn't doing much for my body. I never felt like I was getting stronger, and when I looked in the mirror I couldn't see much of a difference. There are a couple of apps that have really transformed my workout routine, and I want to share them with you!

{Fit & Thick. This. App. Changed. Everything.}
If you know me, you know I follow this app RELIGIOUSLY. First of all, this app is literally made for curvy women - what else could us curvy girls ask for in life?! When I go to the gym, I just open the app and let it take me on an amazing workout. I'll break the app down for you just so you can fully understand how amazing it is.
Every week, this is the schedule:
Monday - butt & legs.
Tuesday - upper body.
Wednesday - plyos & abs.
Thursday - butt & legs.
Friday - rest day.
Saturday - plyos + abs.
Sunday - rest day.
This app has revolutionized the way I work out. I know exactly what I'm doing in the gym because there are not only pictures, but a step by step guide of how to do each individual move. Usually one workout consists of three to four circuits. It has a focus on the lower body, but you will feel the best kind of sore all over your body - TRUST ME!
{Bikini Body App}
Bikini Body is another app I've used to workout. It is definitely not as good as Fit & Thick, but can definitely do the trick. The cool thing about this app is it has all different categories {quick & easy, flat abs, legs & butt, toned arms, dance it off, yoga, tabata & HIIT, fat burning cardio, and more} and they show you the best and most popular videos based on that category. If you need someone coaching you while you workout, this could be a great option for you!
Whether or not you think you need an app, I cannot stress how important it is to go to the gym and workout. It will lift your mood by relieving stress, or any tension you may be feeling. The gym has gone from a place that I dreaded going to, to a place that I feel excited to go to every day. With either of these apps you can really achieve the goals you set for yourself, while having fun too!
More soon,
xx
